excellent location, close to students meeting centre, neighbour to faculty of philosophy. Few steps to Rambla, and in a minute you find fresh food just by the door. Nice, IKEA style appartment, enough room. Just clenless was quite poor.

clenless was just very Spanish and absense of elevator can be a problem with some 100 steps to do.

With so many good, moderately priced hotels near La Ramblas I cannot understand why anyone would choose this hotel. The room was basic, but clean. However, on a three day stay we were granted two tiny bars of soap and had no toilet paper when we checked in. The breakfast was among the worst we have experienced in 30 years of extensive travel. And, most critical, the staff was uniformly cold and unhelpful. This is a major negative for a budget hotel.

Quiet little and great venue, stunning location so close to museums and tourist spots, main streets, restaurants and others, and La Rambla, El Raval, Universitat and Plaza de Catalunya, appreciated our stay.

Here's my unfiltered experience

An enchanting stay just steps from Las Ramblas! The staff were cute and arranged for our bags, granting us extra time to explore. The complimentary breakfast and free coffee were good touches, and my room was bright and spacious. Perfect for immersing in the local culture while enjoying modern comforts.

Loved how authentic it was! Our room was very quaint (no tv, no phone) and the bathroom was so nice and new! Keep in mind we stayed in one of the newer rooms, so be specific when you book. Loved the ac plus a ceiling fan. They also offered free internet, which was a huge bonus for us! When comparing all the hotels we stayed at during our backpacking trip through Europe, this hotel was our favorite!

I loved the location, right near the Ramblas. It was very quiet, in spite of noisy Barcelona. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There were building works at the time of our stay which created quite a lot of noise.

Excellent central location and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious. The kids got their own room and it had a huge lounge. It also cost the same as most standard hotel rooms so was very good value for money.

The decor was a little run down, the shelving unit in the lounge was dusty and some of the dishes in the kitchen were left dirty from previous guests. All fairly minor things though.

I have stayed before so new exactly what to expect. The location is fantastic and I feel safe and secure as there is a 24 hour reception with safety deposit box.

I was a bit dissapointed as the bar next door (Bar Centric) was closed! Not sure if this was seasonal! I really enjoyed having a coffee and a croissant in the morning on my last trip!

A little nice Hotell. Priceworth.

The location is fantastic, right near Plaça Catalunya, made exploring Barcelona easy. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was a good touch that kept us fueled for our family adventures.

My kids wished there was a larger play area for families.
